The GKV135 series ball valve is a genuine ASME B16.34 600 pole
standard ball valve (2000 WOG/ 3000 WOG)
This product complies with API 607 and ASME B16.34 standards,
features bubble level emergency seals, offers elastic metal base
options, is corrosion-resistant, maintenance free, solid load stem
packing, and has stable performance in industrial applications.
The GKV135 series ball valve 3-piece ball valve adopts redundant
valve body and stem packing, and provides full bore standard bore
models. These sturdy and durable high-pressure ball valves are ideal
for industrial processes, high temperature, and high-frequency applications.
GKV135 ball valve is equipped with rubber lined valve seats,
metal seals, and V-shaped ball control valve cores, and can be
optionally equipped with various accessories and configurations,
such as anti-static protection and fire-resistant cores that comply with API 607 certification.
Rubber lined valve seat materials include PRTFE, PEEK,
TFM, pure PTFE, UHMWPE, Tek Fil (carbon graphite/TFM),
and stainless steel filled PTFE.
All rubber lined valve seat materials ensure bi-directional
bubble level sealing and possess low-pressure/vacuum sealing
capabilities.
